My story
From burnout to peace and purpose
For over 30 years I worked in schools as a teacher, SENCO and deputy headteacher. I gave it everything, and then I burnt out.
Rebuilding taught me that thriving starts with knowing your value. That is at the heart of everything I now do with schools and nurseries, in all my input to everyone.
Alongside that, learning to hear from God for myself changed me. My overthinking eased, my inner critic quietened and the stress began to lift. I found a freedom from my self doubt to become the best version of me and to find a new level of freedom. Now I help others find that same peace and purpose, whether in a staffroom, a boardroom or one conversation at a time.
