Rowena Hicks is an educator with over 30 years of experience across the UK, Poland, and East Africa. She has served as a classroom teacher, SENCo, and Deputy Headteacher, with a strong focus on supporting vulnerable children and those with additional needs. Drawing on her own lived experience of burnout, Rowena is passionate about equipping others with the tools to thrive in education and beyond.
