EP: 14 (PART-1) Teacher: UNPLUG UNWIND & RECHARGE

In this insightful session, participants explored the common struggles of feeling "not good enough" and how this mindset can impact personal and professional growth. The discussion emphasized that even highly successful individuals grapple with self-doubt and highlighted the importance of changing our internal dialogue. Instead of labeling oneself as an "idiot" or "not good enough," the focus shifted to affirmations like "I am good enough" and the concept that failure is merely the "first attempt in learning." By embracing self-compassion and speaking to oneself as one would to a friend, individuals can foster a more positive and productive mindset.

The session also addressed practical strategies for managing time and stress, particularly during the summer break. Participants shared their own time-management challenges and discovered that balancing work with joy is crucial. Insights included the importance of time-blocking to create space for both productive work and restorative activities, as well as the benefits of collaboration to make tasks more enjoyable and efficient.

By recognizing personal work styles and preferences, such as thriving under pressure or needing rest, individuals can better plan their schedules to enhance both productivity and well-being.
